iPhone E-mail Setup (POP3)

1. On your Home screen click on the "Settings" icon

2. Click on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

3. Select "Add Account"

4. Select "Other"

5. Select "Add Mail Account"

6. User Information screen.

Name: Your Name

Address: Your email address

Password: Your assigned email password

Description: You can enter in your email address or domain, nobody will see this description except you

7. Select "POP" on the top

8. Incoming Mail Server settings

Host Name: mail.YOURDOMAIN.COM

Username: your FULL email address

Password: your assigned email password

9. Outgoing Mail Server settings

Host Name: mail.YOURDOMAIN.COM

Username: your FULL email address

Password: your assigned email password

10. When you click on the "Next" button on the top of your screen your iOS device will try to connect to the server. In the case you receive the screen below please click on "Yes"

11. If you are using an ISP which blocks port "25" your account setup will stall and fail. To fix this problem please click on the "Next" button on the top of the screen and select "Save". Otherwise click on the "Save" button on to save your POP account.

11a. Go back to "Settings" -> "Mail, Contacts, Calenders" -> Click on your Account -> Click on it again -> Select "SMTP" on the bottom -> Select "Primary SMTP Server" -> Update the "Server Port" to "2525" and save the options. You should now be able to send out emails through your account.
